I’m Carol Clark and I’m the owner and CEO of Love at First Sight Staging, LLC.  Here’s the quick scoop on my background:

2013 – became a Florida Realtor

2014 – certified as an Expert Psychological Stager (TM) (The Decorologist)

2015 – opened Love at First Sight Staging, LLC

2016– certified as a Professional Home Stager and Redesigner (from Home Staging Resource)

2018 – certified as a True Colour Expert (TM) (Maria Killam)

2019 – certified a a RESA-Pro

2021 – moved to South Carolina 

2021 – completed Stage to Rent Specialization (from Thanks for Visiting)

2023 – certified as an Occupied Consultation Specialist 

Since I recently relocated to the Upstate of South Carolina, I am enjoying helping homeowners and real estate agents in this area and throughout the state of South Carolina. I also have clients throughout Florida and in other states. 

When I’m not at a staging consultation, you’ll find me out for a walk or on my front porch bed swing with a glass of tea.  I love farmers’ markets and theatre productions; long drives and hikes in the woods. 

I am a member of the Real Estate Staging Association (RESA), a founding member and past President of RESA- Broward (FL) Chapter, Past RESA Florida State President, and current co-founder and President-Elect of RESA Carolinas Chapter. I’m also a member of the American Society of Home Stagers and Redesigners (ASHSR). 

I’m originally from a small town in North Carolina (Tar Heel, population 40!), and have a BA in Journalism from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and an MBA in Marketing from the University of Texas at San Antonio.
