Are you a homeowner thinking of selling your home?

Problem: “We need to sell our house and want to make it look great — but we can’t move out—we are still living here. HELP!”

Solution: You need occupied staging!

We can take what you already own and make it photo-worthy!  Perhaps we suggest you rearrange your furniture to showcase your view… or maybe all you need is to get fresh eyes on your home to see how we can best show it off!  We use Expert Psychological Staging principles to suggest ways to create those emotional connections with buyers to help them fall in love with your home!

Plus – we have ideas to keep it looking that way while it’s on the market!

It’s all about making your home look its absolute best in photos so a buyer will fall in love and want to live there.

Occupied Staging Consultation

An occupied staging consultation gives you up to two hours of practical advice and ideas, room by room, prioritized, inside and outside your home.

Consultations include:

  • Suggestions to enhance curb appeal
  • Ideas on furniture arrangement of existing furniture in the home to highlight the home’s architecture
  • Advice on best paint color choices for selling
  • Suggestions for updating if needed (flooring, kitchen upgrades, lighting, etc.) to make the home look high-end
  • Accessory suggestions and best placement to create “memory points” for buyers
  • A top 10 Action list

Hands-on staging:

After the consultation homework is done, we can return for fine tuning of details and memory points.  This is an additional service fee, with options for supplemental accessory packages. Shopping also available.

Color Consultation

Problem: “I’ve been to the paint store three times! And the color still looks wrong in my home! HELP!”

Solution: You need a color consultation!

Don’t worry, you are not alone.  Over half of all paint sold is sold because of mistakes made in picking out the color.  This is our specialty — In 2018 I was certified as a True Colour Expert by Maria Killam. We can help you choose the right paint colors with the right undertones for a few rooms or your entire home!

We will help you select colors to coordinate with the existing fixed elements of your home — the architecture and hard surfaces— while keeping in mind the current furnishings in your home.  You’ll get a list of rooms with paint colors and sheens for each room, each selected from classic and on-trend Benjamin Moore or Sherwin Williams’ paints.
